Saloio extra virgin olive oil has a pronounced fruity aroma and low acidity. I can be used in cooking in all its forms: cold, for seasonings, hot in the pan, in the oven, or for frying because it retains all its qualities up to about 200°.
This oil is obtained exclusively by pressing fresh olives of superior quality. No solvents or other physical or chemical agents are used for extraction or preservation. Thus, this oil retains all the vitamins and primary oleic acids considered essential for the human body.
