30 days to change your mind. You have made a purchase on our website and you have made a mistake, the items do not correspond to your expectations or you have simply changed your mind? You have 30 days to return all or part of your order to us and we offer you an exchange or refund in accordance to your requirements,
What are the conditions for a return? The item must be :
- returned in its original condition,
- must not have been used or opened (especially for food products),
- shall be sent in its unaltered and original packaging
- and must be available for sale again.
We draw your attention to the care to be taken in the packaging of the items so that they will not be damaged during transport, which remains your responsibility.
How to return an item or order? You just need to send us an email indicating your intent to return all or part of your order. To do so, you are welcome to use the form provided for this purpose. The refund is done by using the payment method you used to place your order. We credit your credit card or Paypal account and send you an email to inform you of the execution of the transaction.
How much will I be reimbursed? We will refund you the price you paid for the item(s) you are returning. Please note that the return costs remain at your expense.
