    Following the evolution of the epidemiological situation in Portugal, European Union countries, USA, Canada and Switzerland regarding Covid-19 and the latest guidelines and recommendations of the Portuguese General Directorate of Health, our situation is the following:

     

    The shipping service is operating as usual.

    We immediately adopt the sanitary measures recommended by the "Direção Geral de Saúde" to ensure that our facilities are regularly disinfected, that our employees are informed and work safely, and that they have the necessary equipment to apply the sanitary instructions. Shipments take place every day.

     

    We take sanitary measures to protect your parcels.

    According to the World Health Organization, the chances of contracting VIDOC-19 from an inanimate object are very low. However, we constantly monitor official warnings on this subject and take all reasonable measures.

    • All our employees have received hand hygiene instructions and we have deployed disinfectants in all workplaces.
    • All our employees work with masks that comply with the standards recommended by the "Direção Geral de Saúde".

    • We support employees who need to isolate themselves if they have concerns or symptoms of VIDOC-19.


    Our delivery services operate as usual

    The restrictions imposed by some European countries do not apply to the circulation of goods, so we continue to provide our regular delivery service to our customers.

     

    We recommend delivery by UPS

    In most countries we offer an economical delivery service and a UPS delivery service. We strongly recommend that you select the UPS delivery service.

    1. Your delivery is editable. Upon receipt of the confirmation of receipt of your package, UPS offers you the possibility to modify the conditions of your delivery. You can thus delay your delivery, redirect it to another address or direct it to an open UPS Access point.

    2. UPS employees apply sanitary measures. UPS employees are regularly trained and apply strict sanitary measures, including the wearing of masks and maintaining safe distances.

    3. You are no longer required to sign the document of receipt of your package. Packages delivered to the recipient are marked UPSID + 11 digits + the name of the receiver and serve as proof of delivery.

    4. We always guarantee the delivery of your package or its refund. If in some countries, some deliveries would be impossible, the packages would be returned to us with the status "An emergency situation has delayed delivery". We will then keep your package to send it back to you in better conditions or we will refund your order.
