Bananas, clementines, and Rum: The Madeira Banana gives this Jam an intense and sweet taste. Mixed with clementine and rum, it gains a very pleasant lightness.

Strawberries, Port Wine and Red Peppers: Strawberry jam combined with Port Wine releases a sweet and warm flavour, the touch of red pepper enhances the intensity of the whole.

Kiwi and Moscatel from Douro: Kiwi is both a sweet and sour fruit. Moscatel from Douro, with its sweet and warm flavour, gives it its intense aroma.
