Kopke São luiz is a red wine from the Douro region with a deep red color, sweet red berry flavors and hints of cocoa and spices. On the palate, it's a well-balanced wine with present tannins and a persistent yet harmonious finish.

Quinta de São Luiz is located on the left bank of the Douro River, near Pinhão. It is an imposing estate, considered one of the most emblematic in the Douro region.
Taken over by the Kopke family in 1922, the Quinta is made up of vineyards with different sun exposures and plots at different heights. The vines are planted vertically, following the slope of the hillside, which in some places reaches an angle of 70%. The estate comprises 125 hectares, 90 of which are planted with vines.
