Auxide (Melva) fillets from fresh fish caught on the Portuguese coast, simply preserved in selected olive oil.

Auxide is a small tuna usually caught on the southern coasts of Portugal. It is a fish of interest not only for its flavor, but also for its high Omega 3 fatty acid and mineral content.
